Let’s try a different strategy. I said you should tune the B string a major third above G. However, you could just as easily retune the B string so it’s a fifth plus an octave above the low E string. You do this by multiplying 1 Hz by 3/2, and then doubling it, which puts your B at 3 Hz. Now the B string sounds perfectly in tune with the low E string at 1 Hz, and with the high E string at 4 Hz.
